Dr Plant and his team were great. I had lipo360, BBl and lipo for double chin. Now 8 weeks post op and healing very well with natural yet noticeably visible results.

I travelled from out of province which does create a different experience than being local, but I would not hesitate to consider travelling in (2-2.5 hour flight). It’s worth the extra costs. His prices in general given his outcomes are very reasonable- I truthfully expected more.

His surgical unit is close to a hotel called “town inn suites” (2 minute walk) and the surgical nurses even helped my husband to wheel me down to the hotel after surgery, and get me comfortable in bed. I can’t express how helpful and stress relieving this was- above and beyond care. Especially with traveling in and not having a vehicle, and with this being my first plastic surgery.

Overall, I found dr plant honest, decisive in his game plan and thoughts, and a genuine desire to want to have the best possible outcome that is realistic. He puts a lot of pressure on himself- a good quality to see when working with a surgeon.

His lipo 360 is very thorough, and my BBL is more athletic and natural- not over exaggerated in the slightest (which is what I wanted). For reference, I am 5”2 149lbs (pre surgery) and he harvest just under the 5 litre max. He for sure focuses on very few incisions, and he even used old scars (I only have one new visible scar, chin area).most surgeons would use 6-8+ incisions and challenged to harvest that much fat.

I would highly note some of his best work/techniques that are not easily replicated elsewhere is fewer incisions, one scar (hidden) BBl that are natural/real, overall body procedures + revisions. Lipo can easily be done so poorly, it’s very misunderstood from a consumer/patient perspective and I would argue he’s not highlighted enough in his ability for outcome in this procedure.

I can tell he has had a life long, genuine interest in art that allows for him to be very precise, detailed, and focused on the numbers of artistry (scale, symmetry and proportions etc). Not all skills can be taught!

Extended tummy tuck+ and BBL - So far, So good
I am having an extended tummy tuck+ and BBL on September 8th, 2025, with Dr. Plant! Hi everyone, I’m so excited to share the journey I am about to go through and continue updating you until 1 year post-op. I have gained and lost significant amounts of weight over the years. Finally, in 2019 (at my highest weight), I decided to have a gastric sleeve, and since then, I have maintained my weight for about four years. I told Dr. Plant that I wanted to remove the excess skin around my lower stomach area while still maintaining a feminine hourglass figure. I mentioned that I had seen many before and after pictures where people get a tummy tuck but end up looking very straight. In my opinion, they fixed one problem but were left with another (a boxy figure). He completely understood my concerns and explained how he could enhance the hourglass figure I’m looking for during the tummy tuck procedure. I also shared with him that I absolutely love rounded, feminine hips and would like to fill in the small hip dips I have to further enhance this area. He was very honest and told me he would not do it without performing a BBL as well. Initially, I told him I didn’t want a BBL, he reassured me that he doesn't create exaggerated results (unless requested) but instead focuses on creating a natural, proportional look. To clarify, I have very little volume in my butt—my back nearly blends into it. With his reassurance, I decided to go ahead with the BBL to help achieve the hourglass figure I desire without looking disproportionate. He also explained that he would not perform hip augmentation without some fat transfer to the butt as well because it would look unbalanced, which I completely agreed with. Additionally, I have HS (Hidradenitis Suppurativa) on my groin and bum area. Dr. Plant and his team are fully aware of this, and they have assured me that the BBL can still be safely performed. To be completely honest, my biggest fear right now is the pain after surgery. I know pain is inevitable, but my last two surgeries involved being prescribed oxycodone, which didn’t seem to work for me anymore. It didn’t relieve my pain, nor did it make me drowsy like it did when I had my wisdom teeth removed. I’m not sure why it no longer seems effective, but I plan to discuss this concern with Dr. Plant at my pre-op appointment a few weeks before surgery. So far, my experience with the clinic has been the best I’ve ever had. I had consultations with five other surgeons before choosing Dr. Plant, and he and his team have been by far the most responsive, supportive, and professional. They’ve made me feel comfortable and cared for, treating me as a vulnerable human being rather than just another number or paycheck. 5 months post op and so happy with my results
I had a tummy tuck, liposuction and bbl. Working with Dr Plant and his team was amazing! Dr Plant and the team always made me feel comfortable and took away any worries - from the very beginning when I initially reached out to a consultation all the way to my 3 month check up. The staff were so professional but also very warm and welcoming. All the ladies in the office have such great energy and it was always a pleasure going to the office. I am 5 months post op and SO happy with my results. I have never felt so comfortable and confident in my own skin. Dr Plant listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. Listened to my wishes and delivered excellent results
Dr. Plant and his team are absolutely amazing! I’ve had a BBL with Dr. Plant in 2021 and a breast lift + augmentation in March of 2024. Both procedures exceeded my expectations and I would 100% recommend Dr. Plant to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. Dr. Plant was informative throughout the entire process. He listened to my wishes and delivered excellent results. He’s very knowledgeable and skilled and his work is almost undetectable. I was really nervous about the scars that come with a lollipop breast lift but they already look great at only 7 weeks post op. I had minimal pain and discomfort after the procedure and only needed Tylenol for the first 5 days. I was pretty much back to normal within the first week. I had 490ccs placed above the muscle. The ladies in the office are also very attentive and helpful as well. Daniella made the entire booking process seamless. Maryann provided detailed pre-operative instructions and promptly responded to all of the questions I had pre-op and post-op. Alex and nurse Leigh Anne were also fantastic. Finally Got Rid of the Chub Rub! And Added a Little Bit to the Tush BBL
Had my 5th procedure with Dr Plant about 10 days ago. Thigh lift with fat transfer to the butt technically a BBL and I had some scar revision on my nipples from a previous breast lift. As always Dr Plant was amazing. I highly recommend him. He keeps you safe while working his magic. Everyone from the patient coordinator to nurses to surgical team is amazing. He even played some Chris stapleton for me while I fell asleep to calm my nerves and help me settle while I drifted off to sleep So about the procedure: Yes. It hurts. You're going to hurt, especially when combined with a butt transfer. To relieve pressure on the bum you have to use your legs... but when your legs are cut this is a version of hell lol The good news is this lasts a week. Hold your breath and you'll make it through. My incision is from just below the knee up to the groin and then up my nana along the lady bits. The scar looks thick and scary but I know from experience it will flatten over time (I will post pictures) The butt was barely bruised. He transferred 400cc to each cheek for a very modest BBL. It's "too big" so im glad this is all he did in the end. My thighs were mostly skin so this worked in my favor. I'm watching the swelling go down each day and will get used to it. It's not big.. im just having a hard time because I lost 90 lbs and saw my bum get little and now it's back lol so in my mind I gained weight Speaking of which.. I gave gained 15 lbs so I pray I pray this is fluid and will go away over the coming weeks Pain in the butt is more like a muscle stiffness, sore, tight feeling. Totally manageable Breasts look amazing!! Scars are gone and it lifted them so it feels like fresh implants woohoo!!!! Tips: you NEED a portable urinal. I struggled with the one I bought and kept peeing on myself which was awful. I cried and cried and hurt myself lol it was embarrassing and scary to soil my garment all the time. SO I recommend you try different brands if you can't get it to work. Buy 2 different brands just in case (amazon) Next you NEED a bbl bed a floaty with a hole. Sleeping on your tummy gets old real fast. Put down a furry blanket load up pillows big duvet you'll be happy I recommend using maxi pads or gauze pads over the incision so it doesn't rub on the garment Also get a garment that has hip mesh so you get a round look and not square compression. Next try to put a basket near you with all your drugs so you can just reach and go. Put a bottle of water and your pain killers and antibiotics and tylenol. I have a second basket for electronics like TV remote phone charger sh*t I don't want to go looking for. I also recommend having a tray or basket to put your plates and food in kind of like a prison tray lol since you're laying down reaching and trying to eat sucks. So this way you can just pull your tray over to you and stay organized. Stay away from gatorade. Lots of water. Try to walk as soon as you can 5 minutes every hour. Walking will suck for about 4 days and then you're okay. Stairs still suck after day 10 but it's a massive difference today so it really does get better quickly Good luck!!!! :) Updated on 10 Feb 2024: So we have made it half way to ideal healing time. My cuts are fantastic. I'm very happy with how I'm healing. I posted a close up and they look gruesome but if you're researching, you know that scars look like Frankenstein for months lol so im not worried The scars up my Bikini line are vicious. They are starting to hurt very sharp stings I'm wondering if hair is growing in and it's hurting me? I've checked for infection and we are good so im not sure what is causing it. My bum has settled down almost to normal size (I think) I did have a very modest amount 400cc of fat grafted and by now some has probably died off. I hope to God that lower belly bulge is bloating and swelling and not due to the amount of frozen pizzas I've been eating during recovery lol lol pray for me!! Where do I start? Well my journey began in 2017 when Dr plant performed a TT (phenomenal),fast forward that to 2021, and Dr plant has outdone himself yet again….I went for a BBL and I’m 6 weeks post op, and I could not be more happy with my results. What I can appreciate about Dr Plant is that he sets you up with expectations, the reality and the truth. Although I went in with my wish pics (and yes he hung those up in the OR) We spoke about possible outcomes based on my body and foundation (btw I look better than the wish pic). I have no words for how great I feel (I feel great because I love as educated on the procedure) and I look great because of the amazing results! Dr Plant is a professional and he is good at what he does. I had tummy tuck and Lipo to my back and flanks February 2019. I went back to him this year telling him that I wanted to be curvier with a flatter tummy. He listened to me and gave me what I wanted. He exceeded my expectations! Confident & Happy!
Everything about my experience was great. The staff at the clinic are so friendly and responsive. Any questions or issues you have, you can easily contact the team and they will respond right away. Dr. Plant helped ease my mind about the procedure (and my moms hahah), he does the BBL in a safe manner, injecting from the top down to avoid the nerves in the butt. The results are great! I had 360 Lipo, with additional lipo on the bra rolls and 825 injected to my left side, 725 injected to my right. My silhouette is gorgeous, beautiful s-curve, nice natural looking butt (just what I wanted, and nice to have considering I was completely flat before!). I am the most happy that my stomach and muffin top fat is GONE. I swear I always had this stubborn spare tire that would not go away unless I was under weight. It’s made me so confident to be able to not worry about wearing fitted clothing. I’m three weeks post op and so excited to go shopping for new clothes when all my swelling is completely gone. Bbl with Dr.Plant
It is 3 days before my surgery and I couldn’t be happier I’m having a bbl with lipo 360, Mostly to fill in my hip dips because the make me self conscious but I want to have a nice feminine curvy physique. My surgeon is Dr.Plant located n Toronto. He is amazing honestly I couldn’t be happier with my decision.
