My experience with Dr. Plant and his staff has been outstanding from start to finish. I attended three consultations before choosing a surgeon, and although Dr. Plant was the only one who required a consultation fee, it was well worth it. From the moment I entered the office, I felt comfortable and confident in my decision.

The staff are welcoming and friendly—never intimidating, which is rare in a plastic surgery practice. Dr. Plant stood out by offering a surgical approach that minimized scarring and downtime, something no other surgeon proposed. Having spent my career in the medical field working closely with specialist physicians, I found Dr. Plant to be exceptionally personable, attentive, and thorough. He listened carefully, answered all my questions, and addressed considerations I hadn’t even thought of.

I was truly amazed by Dr. Matthew Plant. He is the first doctor who actually gave me a real diagnosis . I’ve struggled with this issue my entire life, and despite undergoing multiple surgeries, no one had ever truly identified the root cause — until now.

This was my third surgery, and Dr. Plant was able to correct something that others couldn’t. Not only is he a highly skilled and talented surgeon, but he is also a genuinely compassionate human being. He took the time to listen to me, to answer all my questions, and more importantly, he made me feel seen and understood. I had carried a lot of shame and felt "broken," but he reframed my situation — he treated me like an interesting challenge, and that changed everything for me.

We even booked the surgery on a Saturday afternoon, and I had questions on a Sunday night that were answered without hesitation. They were consistently kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire process.

Best Surgery I’ve Ever Had!
My experience with Dr Plant was amazing, absolutely Night and Day different versus my previous surgical experience. I cannot even begin to explain how satisfied I am with my results! I had been telling Dr Plant that my scar and muscles on my left side from my previous surgery had left me with discomfort and ww discussed every issue in detail, and he addressed them with different techniques/parts of his procedure to support my implant; now my breasts are perfect! My experience was overall amazing here.

Prior to finding Dr. Plant, I did 5 other consults with plastic surgeons. None of my friends had used him, so I truly went with him based on instinct and a good vibe. I am a very, very anxious and neurotic person, and I really don't think I could have picked a better surgeon.

Why I picked him: I lost about 75lbs, and my chest looked horrific. Super thin crepey skin, very deflated, rocks-in-socks, sort of aesthetic. I went from a G cup to a small B.  For me, I was drawn to someone who had lots of experience in "mommy makeover" surgeries. I don't have children, but my chest looked like I breastfed a litter of them. I figured if he is comfortable working on difficult post-baby bodies, that mine would be similar to work on.

I am fairly scrawny, about 100 lbs on a 5'5 frame. I went into my consult with no set size in mind, but I did have a general description. I'm pretty sure I described it as "adult actress shape, but not so big that I need custom bras." I knew I would likely need a lift and the internal bra (galaflex), based on recommendations from prior consults. He agreed with this, but took the time to explain exactly why I needed them, instead of blindly telling me it was a necessity. He helped me pick a size that perfectly matched my goals. I never felt pressured to choose a certain size or shape. He had me try on similar sizes multiple times to compare subtle differences. My pre-op consult was insanely thorough. He's super easy to talk to and interact with. The staff are phenomenal and so so easy to talk to and engage with.

My surgery was totally unremarkable, in the best way possible. No issues, all went smoothly, amazing staff follow up. I got a super minor infection from reacting to the dissolvable sutures, and the practice handled it immediately. It healed flawlessly with no scar. The scars from the surgery itself are impeccable.

While I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Plant, it was honestly his staff that sold me on the practice, specifically Daniella. Every staff that I interacted with was amazing, but it was her who I was in the most communication with. She was the deciding factor in me getting the surgery, because she is truly that good at her job.
