Because small breasts fit better with the more active lifestyle that she has adopted since her initial procedure, she opted to have her implants removed instead of replaced. Dr. Plant performed total intact capsulectomies and removed both implants and capsules before he used an "anchor lift" to rearrange her excess skin into perky, sportier breasts.
