This patient was looking for a more lifted, rounder look to her breasts however she was already a DD and did not want her breasts to be any larger. To achieved this, Dr. Plant performed a reductive-augmentation removing 180g from her right breast and 211g from her left breast before inserting full profile 335g highly cohesive "Gummy Bear" implants in a subglandular pocket to give that rounded, augmented shape she wanted. He finished it off with a vertical mastopexy (a.k.a Lollipop lift) to bring the nipples and breasts higher up on the chest, correct the asymmetry of the areolae and give a tighter, perkier appearance to the breasts.
